Offida is one of the most beautiful villages in the Marche region of Italy. This full-bodied red wine is made from Sangiovese grapes grown in fields that have never used chemical fertilizers or herbicides since recorded history. The aromas include blueberry jam, figs, violets, spices and herbs. It is full-bodied yet elegant, and you will find yourself drinking more and more. In the summer, it is recommended to enjoy it chilled to around 14°C. This organic wine goes well with casual Italian dishes such as pasta with tomato sauce or pizza.

イタリアで最も美しい村の一つであるマルケ州のオッフィーダにあります。この村で何世代にも渡りオーガニックでぶどうを栽培し自家用にワインを造っていました。ワイナリーを設立し、2005年から本格的にワイン造りを始めました。夏は暑くなりますが、西側にあるアペニン山脈からアドリア海に吹き降ろす風により風通しが非常によく、ぶどうの栽培に優れた気候です。化学肥料や除草剤を一度も使ったことが無い畑を守っています。マルケ州の土着品種にこだわり、この土地を表現しながらも、香りと味わいの調和がとれたワインを目指しています。
