An easy-to-drink, slightly full-bodied red wine made in the Piedmont region of Italy. As the name Sanpensee means "easygoing" in Italian, it uses Barbera grapes, giving it a concentrated yet not too heavy taste that can be enjoyed without feeling overwhelmed. The aroma is reminiscent of stewed black fruits, spices, and bitter chocolate. This organic wine can be enjoyed with a variety of Italian dishes, including pasta.

深い味わいのワインです。秋の食材、キノコやサツマイモなどを使った料理と合わせて味わって頂きたい。オーガニックづくしで暖まる味覚を楽しんでいただきたいです。個性的な白カビチーズとも相性良かったです。

もともとバルベーラは大好き。色調が良く、瑞々しさの中にある果実味と酸のバランスを楽しむのが好きなんですよね^_^
独り占めして気ままに飲むもよし、友人を招いて少しリッチにワイワイ飲むもよし、守備範囲が広いお気に入りのワインとして、こころにクレジットました^_^
