A full-bodied red wine made in the Entre-De-Mer region, sandwiched between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers in Bordeaux. It has a strong flavor, made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It has aromas of red fruits such as dark cherries and blackcurrants, and spices such as pepper. As it is made from fully ripe grapes, you can enjoy a concentrated and complex flavor, even though no barrels are used. It goes well with cheese and white meat when young, and with game when aged. It is a well-balanced organic Bordeaux wine.

そのまったりとした重厚感には、誰もが酔ってしまう、ここぞという時のキラーワイン！

「イイ」フランスワインがお好きな方にはたまりません。

ダークチェリーやカシスなどの赤い果実、胡椒、バニラ等の複雑な香りを併せ持っています。甘いフルーツの香りを支えるタンニンも心地よく、凝縮感と心地良い渋みが楽しめる、非常にバランスの良い1本です。

生産者のピヴァさんはシャトーを二つ持っていて、このプショー ラルケは高い方の畑で造っています。この畑はカベルネ ソーヴィニョンに向きます。もちろん、プショー ラルケはカベルネソーヴィニョンメインです。

もう一つのセニャール ド ポミエの畑は、サンテミリオンやポムロールに似た傾向があり、メルローの栽培に向いています。

ボルドー地方に2つのシャトーを所有しています。北イタリアで代々ワイン造りに携わってきましたが1924年にフランスボルドー地方・アントルドゥメールに移りました。1961年シャトープショーラルケ、1989年にシャトーセニャールドポミエを購入し、2つのブランドでワインを造っています。ずっとオーガニック農業を続けてきましたが、環境に敬意を払いお客様の健康に留意するため1984年に認証を取得しました。2つのシャトーはそれほど離れてはいませんが、標高や土壌の違いから全く異なる味わいのワインとなります。ワイン造りにおいて特に大切にしていることは月です。祖先の教えに従い、月の動きによりぶどうの選定からワイン造りまでを行います。数々の受賞歴があり、メダル受賞の多い農家の一つです。

ボルドー 赤 - シャトー プショー ラルケ

どっしりめの赤でタンニンもしっかり感じられました。2日目以降は冷蔵庫保管していたのですが、しっかりと室温に戻して飲むといいと思います。味わい深い一本でした。
