A red wine from Bordeaux in 1998, a very good year. It is a long-aged wine made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. It is an organic wine that has been slowly aged in magnum bottles, and is full of the charm of an old vintage.

熟成したメルロー種の持つ光沢のある深い赤褐色に、下草の香りに熟れた赤い果実の熟成香。

タンニン分はとてもしなやかで角が取れてまろやか。

バランスの良いブーケと素晴らしい構造を持つワインです。

ボルドー地方に2つのシャトーを所有しています。北イタリアで代々ワイン造りに携わってきましたが1924年にフランスボルドー地方・アントルドゥメールに移りました。1961年シャトープショーラルケ、1989年にシャトーセニャールドポミエを購入し、2つのブランドでワインを造っています。ずっとオーガニック農業を続けてきましたが、環境に敬意を払いお客様の健康に留意するため1984年に認証を取得しました。2つのシャトーはそれほど離れてはいませんが、標高や土壌の違いから全く異なる味わいのワインとなります。ワイン造りにおいて特に大切にしていることは月です。祖先の教えに従い、月の動きによりぶどうの選定からワイン造りまでを行います。数々の受賞歴があり、メダル受賞の多い農家の一つです。
