A full-bodied red wine made in the suburbs of Florence in the Tuscany region. It is a blend of 50-60 year old vines (vieilles vignes), and uses local varieties such as Sangiovese and Canaiolo. It has a scent of ripe fruits such as blackberries with hints of balsamic and spices. It is an organic wine that goes well with aged cheeses, steaks, and game dishes.

ブラックベリーやチェリーなどの熟した果実の香りにバルサミコやスパイシーな香り。

オーガニック歴：2009年から

トスカーナ州のフィレンツェから車で30分ほどの小村、スカンディッチにあります。標高80~160ｍで、40%の粘土質と35%のローム層に25%の砂利が混ざり合う土壌です。モレッティ家は代々兼業農家を営んでおり、現当主のロベルトは医師として週3日働き、残り4日全てをぶどうに注いでいます。2005年からは妻のルシアが加わり、それと同時にビオディナミ農法に興味を持ちはじめました。ビオディナミがオーガニック農業と深く関わっていることを知り、2009年に認証を取得しました。これ以上地球を汚染せず、健康的で美味しい食事をし(彼らの食事はほぼ自給自足です)、後世によりよい世界を残してゆければと思っています。他のどのワインも持たない特別な個性のあるワインを造るため、土着品種のみを使ったワイン造りをしています。ほとんどの場合、品種ごとに分けて醸造し、無濾過、無清澄です。数年前より二酸化硫黄の使用もやめました。
