This full-bodied red wine is made from grapes grown in the dry climate of the inland of Valencia, Spain. It is made from Mourvedre, Tempranillo, and Cabernet Sauvignon, and is aged in barrels for more than six months and then for a minimum of 24 months, which gives the tannins a rounded astringency, making it a rich yet easy-to-drink organic wine. It is recommended for use with barbecued vegetables and chicken, jambalaya, etc.
