味わい

グラスの向こう側が透けないほどの濃いルビーガーネット。

カシスやブラックベリー、プラムなど黒果実のアロマがゆっくりと立ち上がり、少しひんやりするようなユーカリやミントのニュアンスがあります。

口に含むとドライな味わいの要素となるアルコール、酸味、タンニンを一斉に感じ、とても力強い印象です。

繊細な赤い果実味に続いて黒果実の風味が現れ、ブルーベリーや熟したプラムのアロマ、 樽由来の甘草やココナッツ、鉛筆の芯のようなスパイス感やミネラル感が続きます。カカオやチョコレートのようなほんのり甘くグルメな一面もあります。

噛み応えを感じるようなしっかりとしたタンニンですが、尖った感じは全くなくとても柔らか。落ち着いた酸味が全体の味わいを下支えしています。
軽やかでソフトなタンニンと綺麗な酸味のバランスが素晴らしく、思わず重口ワインであることを忘れてしまいそうな仕上がりです。

最初から最後まで上品かつ力強い魅力的な味わい。
