各ワインの説明
- エルモーザ 白【左】
イタリア・シチリアの土着品種グリッロを使った飲みごたえのある辛口の白ワインです。レモンやパイナップル、オレンジピールなどの爽やかさと熟成感のある香りが楽しめます。味わいは酸味と余韻が長く続き、ほどよい苦みが全体を引き締めます。
- コティ ロゼ【中央】
透明感のある美しい色合いと、ドライな酸味が楽しめるロゼワインです。 シチリア島の土着品種「ネロ・ダヴォラ」を100％使用。グラスに注いだ瞬間に、綺麗な色合いと透明感に思わずうっとりと心を奪われます。イチゴやラズベリーなどの果実にすみれが入ったブーケのフローラルな香り。 上品に広がる味わいには、優しい酸味やほのかなタンニン、果実味を感じます。

ロッソ デッレ ローゼ 赤【右】
シチリアの標高450mにある農場で造られた重口の赤ワイン。ネロダヴォラという地場の品種を使っています。 クランベリーなどの赤い果実を煮詰めた香りに、オレンジやバニラ、ユーカリなどの香り。華やかな酸味があり、残り韻にはきめの細かいタンニンが感じられます。「ローゼ」は畑に付けられた名前で、とっておきの場所のぶどうを使った選りすぐりの1本です。
