Taste

Very pale lemon yellow.

The scent is very refreshing, reminiscent of freshly picked lemon and herbs. It has small white flowers and an outstanding minerality reminiscent of limestone.

The taste is also very fresh and refreshing. The moderate acidity and gentle fruitiness make this a truly "pure" wine.

Organic history: Since 1980

It is located in a quiet and beautiful natural area not far from the capital Vienna. The son Martin is in charge of everything from cultivation to brewing. His father Hans has been practicing organic farming since the 1980s, when there was no understanding of organic farming, and says, "If there are people who say they can't grow organically, they should try it, even if only partially. Everyone knows that we don't need herbicides. I don't need them just because it's convenient." They aim to make the purest wine possible without adding any yeast, enzymes, or nutrients. The only thing the Diwald family does is adjust the temperature. They aim to make wines that are unique to the land and rooted in the earth.
