This white wine is made in a vineyard near Florence, Tuscany, Italy. It is made using Malvasia Bianca, Trebbiano and Vermentino grapes, and is macerated for nine months before being aged in barrels for about six months, resulting in a powerful flavor. It is unfiltered and made without the addition of any SO2 (a preservative), making it a complex and unique organic wine that slowly seeps into your body.
