This refreshing, dry sparkling wine was made in the naturally rich environment of Die, east of the Rhone region. It is made using Clairette, Aligoté, and Muscat Blanc à Petit Grains, and is free of SO2 (preservatives). This organic wine has a pleasant fizzing sensation in the mouth, and you can enjoy the lemon-like citrus aroma and a well-balanced acidity.

味わい

弾けるような爽快感がとても強いスパークリングワインです。

グラスに注いだ瞬間に食欲をそそる香ばしいアロマと滓由来の複雑さを感じます。

グラスを回すと、はじめにフランボワーズの香りを感じ、後からレモンなどの柑橘系のフレッシュな香りがやってきます。

抜栓後すぐに色々なアロマが立ち上がりますが、時間をかけてゆっくり嗅ぐとより複雑な香りを楽しむことができます。

注ぎたては泡のインパクトが大きく、口に含んだ途端に一気にシュワシュワとした食感が広がります。泡の勢いが落ち着くのを待ってから味わうと、このクレマンの要ともいえる芯の通った酸味を楽しむことができます。

飲み口はすっきりとした印象で、飲みきった後に舌の上に残るわずかな甘みが上品です。

口の中に広がるアロマもインパクトが強く、特に甘草などのスパイス、レモンなどの柑橘類が再び感じられ、パンチの効いた味わいを堪能することができます。

抜栓後も泡の勢いを長く楽しめるので、弾けるような飲みごたえをぜひ味わってください。

ローヌ地方のちょうど真ん中に位置するデイにある、6世代続くオーガニックワイン農家です。標高400メートルの丘陵地は年間300日晴れており、昼夜の寒暖差もあるためぶどう栽培には理想的な環境です。一度も農薬や化学肥料を使ったことが無い畑を守りぬいています。1982年にオーガニック認証を取得。畑の土壌の生命力を高め、土地の特徴をより表現するために2005年からはビオディナミ農法を行っています。アシャール家は泡に人生を賭けて、泡しか造っていない生粋の泡職人です。自然の素晴らしさをそのまま封じ込めて、グラスに香りとして届けることにこだわっています。
