A rich cava made in Valencia, Spain. A brilliant gold color. A complex aroma of ripe apple honey, peach, pineapple and other fruits, with hints of butterscotch and vanilla. Delicate bubbles spread out, and you can enjoy a calm acidity and moderate fruitiness. Finished without dosage, it is dry, but also has the richness and complexity of barrel aging, making it a wine that combines the best of both refreshing cava and heavy champagne.

味わい

透明感と輝きのあるゴールド。熟成感が伝わるような濃い色合いです。

グラスに注いだ瞬間に凝縮感のある香りが立ち上がり、熟したリンゴやリンゴの蜜、梨、アプリコット、ピーチ、パイナップルやパパイヤなどの南国系果実も感じます。ハニーサックルやアカシアの花、ハチミツやバタースコッチ、若干のバニラ香も。

口に含むと繊細な泡が広がり、落ち着いた酸味とほど良い果実味を感じます。香りと同じようにリンゴやアプリコット、南国フルーツなどの風味にアカシアの花やバタースコッチなどのニュアンスも加わり、複雑味をしっかりと楽しむことができます。重厚なボディを感じる味わいです。

酸味は落ち着いていて、長い余韻も楽しめます。
時間と手間をしっかりとかけられたカヴァであることを実感できる逸品です。

コティーノ家はスペイン バレンシア北西部のウティエル・レケーナに2つのワイナリーを持っています。
