This slightly sparkling dry red wine was made in Asti, close to the famous Italian wine region of Barolo. It is made using 100% Barbera grapes, and has a gorgeous and complex aroma and a taste that allows you to enjoy the fruity flavor of cocktails. This organic wine has an almond flower motif and a popping, bubbly mouthfeel that will lift your spirits.

Wine Details

Taste

When poured into a glass, the bright ruby-colored liquid is coated with pink bubbles, the color of a bracelet. The aroma is gorgeous yet complex, with notes of raspberry, black cherry, violet flowers, cinnamon, nutmeg, and other spices. The balance of the gentle bubbles that spread out as if enveloping the fruity flavor of destiny is wonderful, and the taste is crisp and pleasant. The soft astringency and the gorgeous aroma of violets are impressive even in the aftertaste.

About the Rovero family

ROVERO Fratelli (Rovero Family)

Organic history: Since 1985

It is located in San Marzanotto in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. Piedmont is a famous wine-producing region that competes for first and second place in all of Italy. The family has been a wine farmer for generations since 1880, and currently the winery is run by three brothers. The winemaking is mainly done by the eldest son, Enrico. The Mediterranean climate and the sunlight during the grape growing season, fruiting season, and late summer allow for well-ripened fruit to be harvested. In order to live and work in a place free of synthetic chemicals, and to overcome and protect my beautiful land, I converted in 1985. All the harvest is done by hand, and I think solar panels are fine for electricity. We make wine, but we change the fields and production methods for each wine to express the characteristics of each wine. There is accommodation and a restaurant within the winery, and all the ingredients served are organically grown on the premises.
