That's because this vermouth uses more than 20 different herbs and spices.
The aroma is a citrus aroma with a gentle impression of peel and lemon compote, and a spice aroma with green herbs such as mugwort and fennel, accented with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger. The scent of vanilla comes out. Holding the glass, you can also smell the gorgeous floral scent of lilies and chamomile.
The sweetness and fruitiness of the wine gives it a rich and full-bodied taste, and the acidity that balances the overall taste is not too noticeable, but it is still there. The bitterness of the herbs and spices continues slowly, and blends beautifully with the smooth texture. The alcohol content is several levels higher than that of regular wine, so you can feel the flavor and taste more directly.
