This dry white wine was made in a village called Klingenberg in the Main River basin in Germany. It has a variety of fruity aromas and a refreshing herbal aroma, giving it a pleasant, refreshing feel. When you put it in your mouth, the refined acidity of the Riesling grape variety supports and tightens the soft, spreading fruitiness in the fresh taste. This organic wine is highly recommended for those who like German wine.

味わい

マイン川渓谷の急斜面に畑で栽培されたぶどうを使用し、収穫は全量手摘みで行われました。大変希少価値が高く、年間1000本しか造られません。

ややグリーンがかった透明感のある色合いに、レモンや白い花を思わせる爽やかな香りと十分なミネラル感を兼ね備えたワインです。スッキリとしていて、でも突出しすぎない酸味が全体を引き締める、冷涼感溢れる高貴な仕上がりです。

変わった畑名が多いドイツワインですが、こちらの畑名、シュロスベルクは「城の山」という意味です。

フランクフルトから車で2時間ほどのロマンチック街道で有名なドイツ南部のフランケン地方・クリンゲンベルグ村にあります。前当主ヴィリが村のワイナリーで働き始め、翌年1972年に小さな畑を買ってワイン造りを始めました。ヴィリはドイツ最古で最大のビオ生産者団体でのアドバイザーも務めたパイオニアで、元々環境問題に敏感だった為1990年に転換しました。畑はマイン川を見下ろす急斜面にありテラス式になっています。日当たりも良く春もすぐに暖かくなる畑ですが、1区画ごとに階段を上り小さな道具だけを使う重労働です。一部ビオディナミの要素を取り入れ、ストレスや病気に強く質の良いぶどうに仕上げています。酵母は添加せず、樽はドイツ産を使うなどこだわったワイン造りをしています。

花の香りがします！何もたべずにワインだけをのんでいたいと思うくらいに美しい作品だと思います。最後の一滴をグラスに注いだ後に、ボトルを匂っている私を見て娘が"また買おうね”となぐさめてくれます。
