This is a dry sparkling wine made in the naturally rich environment of Die, east of the Rhone region. It is made using Clairette, Aligoté and Muscat à Petitgrain grapes, with the same secondary fermentation in the bottle as Champagne, and has a fruity aroma of white flowers, honey and Muscat, as well as an elegant and strong core. It is a hearty wine that can be paired with chicken, fish and roasted lamb. It is an organic wine with a clear taste without any unpleasant flavors.

It's hearty enough to go with chicken, fish or roast lamb, or you can add a small amount to sauces for chicken or fish (a Clairette version of champagne sauce. Achard says that it creates a Clairette-flavored sauce that is definitely more delicious than champagne sauce!).

Organic history: Since the dawn of history (certified in 1982)

This organic wine farm has been in business for six generations and is located in Dey, which is located right in the center of the Rhone region. The hills at an altitude of 400 meters are sunny 300 days a year and have a large temperature difference between day and night, making it an ideal environment for grape cultivation. They have protected their fields without ever using pesticides or chemical fertilizers. They obtained organic certification in 1982. In order to increase the vitality of the soil in the fields and better express the characteristics of the land, they have been using biodynamic farming methods since 2005. The Achard family is a true bubbles craftsman who has dedicated their lives to bubbles and only makes bubbles. They are committed to capturing the splendor of nature and delivering it as aroma in the glass.
