A red wine made in the Nuits region in the northern part of the Cote d'Or. Made using Pinot Noir, it is made to be stored for a long time. It has a strong aroma of lively raspberries, spices, and earth, as well as a complex aroma of stewed red fruit jam, roses, and black tea. 年末年始の特別な機会にと、少しお値段は高かったのですが、思い切って注文しました。牛肉のお料理とよく合うと思いました。強さと、繊細な余韻！！飲んでしまうのがもったいなくて、ワインだけ、ゆっくりいただく日もありました。次の特別な機会のために、また注文したいと思います。
