A red wine made in the Nuits region in the northern part of the Cote d'Or. Made with Pinot Noir, it has a refined aroma of concentrated raspberries and cherries with hints of rose, black tea, and cocoa. It is an organic wine with a beautiful taste and a quality that exceeds its class. It can be enjoyed on its own, but it also goes well with terrines and white meat.

味わい

奥に深みをたたえたルビー色。

凝縮感のあるフランボワーズやチェリーなどの果実香に薔薇やスミレを思わせる花の香りが特徴的。さらに紅茶やオレンジピール。 ほんのりと樽を感じさせる上質なカカオの香りなど若々しく華やかで非常に品のある香り。

口に含むと、あふれるような果実味とミネラル感、そして中心に非常に美しい酸味が広がる。渋味は大変きめ細かく、舌触りもこの上なく上品。

良年ならではの若々しい味わいで熟成も楽しみだが今の段階でも大変に美味しい。「オート コート ド ニュイ」のクラスとは思えない品格を持つ美しい味わいの赤ワイン。

ただワインだけで飲んでも美味しく、白身の肉やサラダ、テリーヌなどとの相性も良い。

オーガニック歴：1999年から

ブルゴーニュ地方・コートドニュイの南寄りのニュイサンジョルジュ村にあります。1920年にシャトーを購入し、親から子へと引き継がれてきたワイン農家です。現在は5代目アルノーが中心となりぶどう栽培と醸造を行っています。一部の畑は昔からオーガニックでしたが2012年に全ての畑を転換しました。大地を汚染することにつながらない方法で栽培を行っている土地、体に良いものを飲んで食べるということを子供達に伝えていけることが誇りになっています。ペルチエ家のワインのほとんどはフランス個人顧客向けであり、フランス国内でも入手困難なワインです。区画ごとに厳密に分けて醸造することで、大切にしているテロワール（土壌）を引き出しています。

ジャムを煮詰めたような味わい、果実味、花の香、余韻も楽しめ、ほんと美味しい1本でした。価格を考えるとデイリーワインとして、とはなかなかいけませんが（もっと値が張ってたとしても納得しますけど）、ちょっとしたご褒美ワインとしてまた買いたいと思います。

我が家のデイリーワインでこの価格は許容範囲ぎりぎり。なにか嬉しいお祝いの時にこれを開けます。深い香り、後味の良さ、パスタ料理の時はどんなパスタにも合います。
