Salmon pink with a golden hue. After aromas of apple honey and straw, a citrus scent like lemon peel follows. Fermented with fruit skins, it has a spicy taste of cinnamon and tannins, making it a unique and satisfying wine.

味わい

ゴールドのニュアンスを帯びたサーモンピンク。

リンゴの蜜や藁のような香りにスパイスを感じるアロマも。後からレモンの皮のような柑橘系の香りも感じます。

口に含むと最初に長く伸びる酸味を感じ、長期醸しによるタンニンの存在が徐々に大きくなってゆきます。ボディの強さはミディアム以上。

長い間、果皮と種が果汁に接触したことにより、八角やシナモンなどのスパイス感があります。余韻には抹茶のような渋味が残ります。

普段とはちょっと違ったユニークな白ワインをお求めの方にぜひお試しいただきたい1本です。

オーガニック歴：1980年から

首都ウィーンからさほど遠くない静かで美しい自然が広がる場所にあります。息子マーチンを中心に栽培から醸造までを行っています。父のハンスはオーガニックに理解などない時代(1980年)から実践しており、「もし、オーガニック栽培ができないという人がいるなら、たとえ一部でもチャレンジしてみるべきです。誰でも除草剤は必要ないと知っています。ただそれが便利だからというだけなら私には必要ありません」と、言います。心がけているのは、酵母、酵素、栄養分といったものは一切加えず、可能な限りピュアなワインを造ること。ディヴァルト家で手を加えるといえば、温度調節くらいです。その土地特有の、地球に根ざしたワイン造りを目指しています。
