味わい

驚くほどフルーティなメルロー。

グラスに注ぐと凝縮した濃厚なカシスの香りを真っ先に感じ、その後クランベリーやブルーベリーなどの少し甘酸っぱさのあるアロマに一瞬で包まれます。まるでミックスベリージュースと言っても過言ではないくらいのフルーティさ。他にもほのかに白コショウのようなスパイス感もあり、嗅げば嗅ぐほどアロマが漂ってくるのも魅力です。

口に含むと最初に感じたベリーに加え、フルーツキャンディのような印象のアロマ。 ワインのフルーティさをより一層引き立ててくれるバランスの良い酸味を感じます。また、他の地域のメルローと比べると少し甘味を感じますが、テクスチャーはとてもサラサラしていて、タンニンの渋みを感じないほど心地よい飲み口です。

親しみやすい赤ワインなので、シチュエーションを問わずに、ちょっと贅沢な日常のワインとしてお楽しみください。

イタリア・ヴェネト州東部のプラマッジョーレにあります。自分自身のぶどう畑で育てたぶどうからできるワインを造るワイナリーを建設するという夢を実現し1972年に設立しました。20haからスタートした畑は30haに拡大しました。湿気が多くオーガニックでぶどうを栽培するのは難しい土地です。しかし環境に優しい農法を行うことに決め1999年にオーガニック転換しました。「オーガニックワインを飲むこと、オーガニックワインを造ること、それはライフスタイルである」とオーガニックワインを造る選択をしたことを誇りに思っています。収穫のたびにより良いものを生み出したいと挑戦し続けています。
