Taste

A pale, shiny lemon yellow.

When you bring the glass close, you can smell the aroma of lemon, honey, and various herbs. There are also hints of minerals and a smoky hint of flint. The aroma is gorgeous and refreshing, with a concentrated fruit flavor.

When you put it in your mouth, the crisp acidity is very refreshing. However, you can also feel the strong fruitiness that is just as strong. The refreshing acidity continues into the aftertaste, and the aftertaste has a pleasant mineral feeling. This white wine is captivating with its delicate sweet and sour taste, just like honey lemon.

Organic history: Since 2005 (certified in 2008)

It is located in Anjou, a scenic region in the Loire Valley, known as the garden of France. The vineyards were purchased in 1860 and have been made by generations of winemakers. The region has a warm and mild Atlantic climate with little rain. Reducing pollution and producing healthily. In 2005, the company made the switch from its belief that the only way to make high-quality wine is to produce it while respecting the plants and the earth. They aim to produce as healthily and naturally as possible, and to make artisanal wines rather than standardized industrial wines.
