A rich white wine made from Chenin Blanc, a grape variety native to Anjou in the Loire region of France. Fermented in oak barrels and brewed for 12 months, it has a full-bodied finish. It has a scent of quince and apricot with notes of acacia, orange blossom, and honey. It has an excellent balance of the rich flavor of the ripe fruit itself and the acidity that supports it. It is an organic wine that is easy to drink.

ゴールドを帯びて輝くイエロー。

グラスを近づけると、花梨や杏、その奥にアカシアやオレンジの花の芳香が広がる。さらに蜂蜜や、ほんのりとシナモン、八角などのスパイスに、白いキノコのニュアンスも。非常に華やかで複雑、だが同時に癒されるような心地よさも持つ香り。

口に含むと、まさに熟した果実そのものの濃蜜な味わいがいっぱいに広がり、それを力強い酸味が支える素晴らしいバランス。その後には上品で柔らかいコクがそのまま長い余韻へとつながり、厚み、飲み応えともに十分。
