This is a medium-bodied red wine made from Cabernet Franc in the Loire region of France. It has a fruity aroma of raspberries and blackberries, spices such as cloves and green pepper, and a hint of violets. It has a fresh fruitiness and clean acidity, giving it a moderate volume. It has a rich but fine astringency. It is an organic wine that you will want to pair with a variety of dishes.
