A light and beautiful red wine from Santenay, south of the Beaune region of Burgundy. The red fruit aroma of raspberries and strawberries gradually changes into a sweet, stewed aroma. You can enjoy the aroma that envelops you as various elements such as roses, black tea, and herbs blend together. The taste is soft and smooth, with beautiful acidity, fruitiness, and a delicate flavor with a modest astringency. An organic wine that can be enjoyed with elegance.

味わい

やや淡い輝きのルビー色。

フランボワーズや苺の赤い果実香が時間が経つほど煮詰めた甘い香りに変化。さらに深みも増していく。薔薇、紅茶、ハーブ、生肉、わずかに腐葉土など、様々な要素が美しく融合、包み込むような香り。

口当たりは柔らかく滑らか。綺麗な酸味を際立たせるように果実味、その後に渋味が絶妙なバランスで広がる。この上なく繊細な味わい。渋味はあまりに奥ゆかしいタッチでほとんど感じさせない。

ワインの銘醸地ブルゴーニュ地方の中でも、世界中のワイン愛好家が絶賛する優れた赤ワインと上品で繊細な白ワインが産出されるコート ド ボーヌにあります。1893年にサントネーとシャサーニュに畑を得たことから始まる代々続く名門です。1923年に自家瓶詰を開始しました。現当主のジャンフランソワが土壌について学んだのを機にオーガニックを決意しました。その土地の特徴をワインに表すためには、土の営み・ぶどうの営み・人間の営みを尊重することが必要との結論に至り、2003年に転換しました。多くの区画からなる20haの畑のぶどうは全量手摘みを行い、畑の区画ごとの特性を表現できるワインを心がけています。
