This delicate, high-quality, slightly heavy red wine is made from grapes from first-class vineyards in the Beaune region of Burgundy. It has a delicate yet deep aroma with hints of strawberry, rose, black tea, and minerals. It has an impressive, clear acidity and a soft, high-quality taste. This organic wine is made by Chapelle, who practices winemaking that respects the activities of life (VIE).

ワインの銘醸地ブルゴーニュ地方の中でも、世界中のワイン愛好家が絶賛する優れた赤ワインと上品で繊細な白ワインが産出されるコート ド ボーヌにあります。1893年にサントネーとシャサーニュに畑を得たことから始まる代々続く名門です。1923年に自家瓶詰を開始しました。現当主のジャンフランソワが土壌について学んだのを機にオーガニックを決意しました。その土地の特徴をワインに表すためには、土の営み・ぶどうの営み・人間の営みを尊重することが必要との結論に至り、2003年に転換しました。多くの区画からなる20haの畑のぶどうは全量手摘みを行い、畑の区画ごとの特性を表現できるワインを心がけています。
