This white wine has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of pineapple, white peach, white flowers, and herbs, a tropical and fruity taste, and a well-balanced acidity that supports it. It goes great with salads, and its fresh taste stimulates the appetite.

味わい

非常に淡い、透明感のあるレモンイエロー。

若々しいパイナップルや白桃に、レモンピール、洋梨のキャンディ、さらに白い花やハーブ、青い草を思わせる、思い切り吸い込みたくなるほど爽やかな香り。

口に含むとまず爽やかな果実味がいっぱいに広がり、それを支える酸味がたいへん心地よく余韻へと続く。まさにフレッシュ＆フルーティで、バランスも抜群。

造り手マーチンの「一年の初めに水の中に足をつけたときのような感覚を味わえるワイン」という表現が本当にぴったりな白。 飲むとあのひやりと心地よい感覚が体感できる。

オーガニック歴：1980年から

首都ウィーンからさほど遠くない静かで美しい自然が広がる場所にあります。息子マーチンを中心に栽培から醸造までを行っています。父のハンスはオーガニックに理解などない時代(1980年)から実践しており、「もし、オーガニック栽培ができないという人がいるなら、たとえ一部でもチャレンジしてみるべきです。誰でも除草剤は必要ないと知っています。ただそれが便利だからというだけなら私には必要ありません」と、言います。心がけているのは、酵母、酵素、栄養分といったものは一切加えず、可能な限りピュアなワインを造ること。ディヴァルト家で手を加えるといえば、温度調節くらいです。その土地特有の、地球に根ざしたワイン造りを目指しています。

フリュローター フェルトリーナー 白

爽やか、スッキリ。チーズとマスカット、カツ丼にも合いました。美味しいです。お酒に非常に弱いのですがたまに飲みたくなります。mavieさまのワインは頭痛や気分が悪くならないワイン。グラスに1杯だけですけど、薫りとともに楽しんでいます。
