A fresh and elegant sparkling wine made in the Veneto region of Italy. Made from 100% Glera, a native Italian grape variety, it is fermented at a low temperature of 16-17°C for about 40 days. It has a refreshing aroma of flowers, white fruits, and citrus fruits. It is a high-quality Prosecco with a dry taste, a good balance of acidity and subtle sweetness, and long-lasting delicate and creamy bubbles. It is both light and satisfying to drink, and is recommended as an aperitif, cicchetti (the Venetian version of tapas), or appetizer.

味わい

輝きのあるイエローゴールド。グラスに注ぐと繊細な泡が立ち上ります。

カモミールやオレンジの花や、カットしたてのフレッシュな洋梨や林檎の香り。熟したレモンやオレンジのニュアンスに、わずかにミントのような爽やさが加わります。

味わいはドライですが、酸味の中にほのかに甘さを感じるバランスの良く奥行きのある仕上がり。きめ細やかな泡が心地よく続き、フローラルでフルーティな風味が口の中に広がります。

繊細で豊かな香りとクリーミーな泡、上品でフレッシュな味わいが楽しめるプロセッコです。

イタリア・ヴェネト州東部のプラマッジョーレにあります。自分自身のぶどう畑で育てたぶどうからできるワインを造るワイナリーを建設するという夢を実現し1972年に設立しました。20haからスタートした畑は30haに拡大しました。湿気が多くオーガニックでぶどうを栽培するのは難しい土地です。しかし環境に優しい農法を行うことに決め1999年にオーガニック転換しました。「オーガニックワインを飲むこと、オーガニックワインを造ること、それはライフスタイルである」とオーガニックワインを造る選択をしたことを誇りに思っています。収穫のたびにより良いものを生み出したいと挑戦し続けています。
