A red wine made in the Cognac region in southwestern France. Made with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, it has a light finish. It has a scent reminiscent of fruits such as blueberries and green pepper. It also has a hint of vegetables with an earthy taste, such as burdock. It has a light taste and is recommended for Japanese dishes and vegetable dishes such as ginger pork and simmered dishes.

オーガニック歴：1982年から

フランス西部、ボルドーの北にあるコニャック地方。この中心地から車で30分ほど北に離れた、静かで周りをぶどう畑に囲まれた平地にあります。セガン家は何世代も続く農家です。大西洋からの海洋性気候により年間を通して穏やかな気候で、ぶどうが過度に熟すことなく育ちます。自然環境と顧客のことを思い1982年に転換しました。セガン家のコニャックはオーガニック栽培したぶどうで造った白ワインを2回蒸留してオーク樽で熟成します。香料や色素、添加物を一切用いない造り方を守り、通常のブランデーとの違いを際立たせています。コニャック地方では珍しい、赤ワインと白ワインも造っています。

HPにあった通り、豚の生姜焼きに合わせてみたら、ものすごくぴったりで、ごくごく飲んでしまいました。とても美味しくいただきました！

軽くてあっという間に、ゴクゴク飲んでしまいます。合わせるお料理も、肉やチーズでなくても、くせのない魚介でしたら、合います。
ワイン好きには、少々物足りないかも知れないので、星四つにしましたが、個人的にはかなり美味しくいただけましたので、満足です。
