A dry rosé wine made in Gascony, the southwestern region of France, where Armagnac is also produced. Made using Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, it has a fruity aroma reminiscent of cherries and acerola, with a hint of herbs and pink pepper, and a fruity taste. It goes down easy, and is perfect as an aperitif or appetizer. This bag-in-box organic wine will retain its flavor for one month in the refrigerator after opening.

味わい

輝きのあるやや濃い目のピンク色。

もぎたてのサクランボやアセロラ、グレープフルーツの果実香に、セージなどのハーブや芍薬の花の香り、わずかにピンクペッパーも感じる。

口に含むと、可愛らしい果実味とフレッシュで心地良い酸味。

軽やかにグラスがすすむ爽やかなロゼ。

アルマニャックの生産地としても有名なフランス南西部、ガスコーニュ地方。他のぶどう産地に比べて湿度が高く、オーガニック農業には難しい土地ですが、研究熱心な父のダミアンの「もっとこの地方の特徴が表現されているようなワインを造りたい」との想いから2001年にオーガニックに転換しました。現在はカルフォルニアとアルザスのワイナリーで経験を積んだ息子のクレマンが引き継ぎ、この地の更なる可能性を模索しています。醸造ではフレッシュな味わいを大切にしており、できたワインも冷蔵管理するなと徹底した温度管理を行っています。

食前酒としてとても美味しく頂けました。気に入ってしまい、アペリティフの時間が早まって…午後の一時を楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。箱のイラストが可愛らしく、飲み終わってからもしばらく飾っていました。

芽キャベツをマヴィさんで買ったオリーブオイルでコンフィにし、パルメザンチーズと胡椒だけでいただきました。
お手頃ロゼなのに、グレードの高いロゼとして楽しめました。

新しいロゼが登場したのでお試しに購入しました。しっかりしたお味でしたので、野菜や揚げ物などに合わせて楽しみました。ロゼは和食に合わせやすいので、箱買いしてあると安心ですね。また買いたいです。
