This dry, full-bodied white wine was made in a small village on the beautiful hills overlooking San Gimignano, a World Heritage Site in Tuscany, Italy. The Chardonnay gives the wine a robust flavor, while the Malvasia Bianca gives it a rich aroma and mellowness. The citrus aroma gradually changes to a scent of ripe apples and honey as the temperature rises. The acidity is mild and the texture is thick. This organic wine has just the right amount of volume.

輝きのあるやや濃いめのイエロー。

熟した林檎や洋梨のコンポートに花梨、アーモンド、月桂樹やフェンネルシードに、蜂蜜、松脂など、様々な要素が混じり合う複雑な香り。

口当たりは力強く、たっぷりとした果実味に豊かなボリューム感。ドライな飲み口で余韻にも蜂蜜のニュアンスが印象的。

大都市フィレンツェと世界遺産シエナの中間にあるヴィコ デルサにあります。この地区の典型的な地質構成である白と灰色の粘土質が重なった地質と、古代には海の底であったことに由来する赤みがかった黄砂岩の帯からなる多重構造になっています。粘土質が主の土壌で育ったぶどうからは、ワインに複雑さやしっかりとした骨格がもたらされ、砂岩が主の土壌で育ったぶどうからは、軽やかで香り豊かなワインになります。マニョーニ家は1870年にこの土地を購入し、代々受け継がれてきました。自分のワインをどう示せばよいかを追求した結果、オーガニックに辿り着きました。オーガニック農業を実践することにより、何世紀も前からこの地で働いてきた人々との繋がりを感じ、工業的な製法に依存せず、従業員やお客様ともより良い関係を持つことができると感じています。当主のピエトロが理想とするワインは、エレガントで骨格がしっかりとしていて、重すぎず親しみやすいワインです。

赤坂の氷川様のお祭に、お店を出されていて、その時に頂いたのがきっかけです。感動し、早速ネットから購入しました。この値段で、このボリューム感と円熟味。滅多にないイタリアの白ワインです。
