A medium-bodied red wine made in a vineyard overlooking Carcassonne, a World Heritage Site in the Languedoc region of southern France. Made with 100% Syrah, it has a spicy aroma. It has a firm acidity and gradually increasing spiciness, typical of Syrah. It's not too heavy, so if you pair it with a meal, you'll find yourself drinking more and more.

味わい

グラスの底が透けないほどの非常に濃いルビー色。液面のエッジには若さを感じさせるパープルも。

鼻を少し近づけるだけで、赤いベリー系の果実の香りがしっかりと感じられます。

レッドカラントやクランべりー、ラズベリーのフレッシュな赤果実に、ブラックベリーやチェリーなどの黒い果実、スミレのような花の香りも。フルーティでフローラルな香りの中に、ブラックペッパーや鉛筆の芯、血など、シラーらしいスパイシーさも感じます。

味わいはドライで、後半まで長く伸びる酸味が印象的。ボディは中口で、フルーティな果実味の後に、スパイスの風味が続きます。グラスに注いでから時間を置くと、さらに黒こしょうやジビエの肉汁を思わせるような風味が強まっていきます。

Domaine de BRAUは世界遺産で有名なカルカッソンヌ近郊にあります。気候は地中海と大西洋からの影響を受けており、そのおかげで南仏とボルドーの両方のぶどう品種が栽培できます。2020年にレヴォル家が前所有者のタリ家から畑と醸造所を受け継ぎました。タリ家は1980年代からオーガニック農業を続けており、オーガニックワイン農家としてはパイオニア的な存在です。40年以上もオーガニックを続けている畑は生き生きとした生命力で溢れています。レヴォルさんはタリさんが実践していたオーガニック栽培の先を行く、自然農法を目指しています。ワイン造りに関してはタリさんのスタイルを継承せずに、極力樽を避けて、ぶどう本来の風味が引き立つ醸造を目指しています。涼しい夜間に収穫したぶどうを低温で醸造したり、醸造過程ごとの温度管理の徹底、出来たワインをすぐに瓶詰するなどの工夫をしながら、新しいワインの開発に意欲的に取り組んでいます。

シラー 赤 - ブロー

シラーが大好きなので購入しました！　開栓してすぐからおいしく飲みましたが、数日おいたら味の角が取れたような、まあるい味になり、さらに楽しめました。
ラベルがスタイリッシュですてきです。
