Deep purple ruby ​​garnet.

The aroma is fruity, with notes of cherry, prune, blackberry, and cassis, and a floral violet scent. You can also sense hints of eucalyptus, Syrah-like black pepper, and spices such as pencil lead.

The mouthfeel is dry, with a gradation of calm acidity that lingers for a long time. The tannins are delicate yet powerful, and the fruitiness is firm, making it a taste that makes you want to savor it rather than just drink it. The aftertaste is long, with the acidity, tannins, and fruitiness developing beautifully.

This Syrah is a model for Languedoc in southern France, with a slightly wild flavor.

チェリーやプルーン、ブラックベリー、カシスなどの果実香に、スミレのフローラルな香り。わずかにユーカリと、シラーらしいブラックペッパーや、鉛筆の芯などのスパイスのニュアンスも感じます。

口当たりはドライで、落ち着いた酸味がグラデーションしながら長く続きます。繊細ながらも存在感のあるタンニンと、しっかりした果実味が感じられ、「飲む」というよりは思わず噛みしめたくなるような味わいです。余韻も長く、酸味、タンニン、果実味がきれいに伸びていきます。

やや野性味も感じられる、南仏ラングドックのお手本のようなシラーです。

Domaine de BRAUは世界遺産で有名なカルカッソンヌ近郊にあります。気候は地中海と大西洋からの影響を受けており、そのおかげで南仏とボルドーの両方のぶどう品種が栽培できます。2020年にレヴォル家が前所有者のタリ家から畑と醸造所を受け継ぎました。タリ家は1980年代からオーガニック農業を続けており、オーガニックワイン農家としてはパイオニア的な存在です。40年以上もオーガニックを続けている畑は生き生きとした生命力で溢れています。レヴォルさんはタリさんが実践していたオーガニック栽培の先を行く、自然農法を目指しています。ワイン造りに関してはタリさんのスタイルを継承せずに、極力樽を避けて、ぶどう本来の風味が引き立つ醸造を目指しています。涼しい夜間に収穫したぶどうを低温で醸造したり、醸造過程ごとの温度管理の徹底、出来たワインをすぐに瓶詰するなどの工夫をしながら、新しいワインの開発に意欲的に取り組んでいます。
