This dry, hearty white wine is made in Alsace, a region famous for its white wines. It uses Grand Cru Riesling, a grape variety only allowed in the 51st district of Alsace, and has a subtle petrol aroma characteristic of the variety, followed by aromas of white peach, white flowers, and herbs. It is an organic wine with a firm structure and a long finish, making it an excellent match for dishes that use pork.
