This refreshing, dry rosé wine was made in the south of France, in a field that has never been sprayed with pesticides since recorded history. It has a pleasant fruity aroma of strawberries and other fruits, and is as fresh as if you were eating raw fruit. This organic wine has just the right amount of acidity and a clean taste without any unpleasant flavors.

酸のバランスが非常によく、いちごなどのフルーティな香りが心地よい逸品。

まるで生の果物を食べているようなフレッシュ感が特徴です。毎年のようにコンクールで金メダル受賞する折り紙つきのロゼワイン。

南フランスプロヴァンス地方、セザンヌが好んで何度も描いたサントヴィクトワール山麓のプリエール村にあります。降雨量の少ない地中海性気候のため湿度が低く乾燥しており、紀元前からワイン産地として有名な場所です。農家としての歴史は1789年のフランス革命にまで遡ります。ドウェル家の畑は有史以来一度も農薬や化学肥料を使用したことがありません。敷地内から出土したギリシア時代のヴィーナス像や醸造用の壺をワインラベルのモチーフにするなど、代々守ってきた物を大事にしながら新しい感覚も取り入れています。日中の熱でぶどうが痛まないように収穫は午前3時から8時に行うなど、繊細で上品なワインを造ることを心がけているドウェル家のワインは、オーガニックワインの最初の入り口に特にふさわしいワインです。

フラワリーな香り、薄桃色で透明度は高く、一口目の感想は「飲みやすくてすっきり」。
二口目、三口目で感じる余韻はお約束。
飲み進んでいくと、しっかりボディも感じるふくよかさ。
あーーー、なんて素晴らしいんでしょう。
丁寧に丁寧に作られたオーガニックワイン。
これからも丁寧に丁寧に生きて行こうと思いました。

おすすめ通り、本当に美味しいロゼでした。キレがあり、しみじみ美味しい一本で、マビのロゼの中では一番お気に入りです。夏野菜の揚げ浸しと頂きましたが、ずっと食べ、飲みすすめられそうに。。
