It has a concentrated aroma of violets and raspberries, as well as aromas reminiscent of black tea and cocoa. It is an organic wine that is well-balanced and satisfying to drink, and you can enjoy its calm flavor even the day after opening.

とても果実感たっぷりです。食前酒としても食後としても楽しめますし、お肉料理との組み合わせはとても良いです。ウォッシュタイプのチーズとも美味しく頂けました。今の季節ならでは、旬のカボチャやキノコを使ったお料理とも合わせて美味しです。

ブラックベリー系の香りで、飲み口は重くなく、いろいろな食事にも合うし（毎晩、グラス1,2杯ずつ、４日で飲み切りましたが）、飲みやすいと思います。
