This full-bodied red wine is made from grapes grown in a field in Offida, one of the most beautiful villages in the Marche region of Italy, where no chemical fertilizers or herbicides have ever been used since recorded history. The Montepulciano is fermented in small barrels, while the Sangiovese is fermented in large barrels and stainless steel. This organic wine has a perfect balance of full-bodiedness, astringency, and beautiful acidity.

味わい

紫を帯びて輝くルビー。

熟したプラムやダークチェリーに、華やかな紫の花の香りが印象的。様々なスパイスやロースト香、少し動物的な香りなど、たくさんの要素が見事に調和した美しい香り。

口当たりはしなやかで、味わいにも熟した果実味が溢れるように広がる。十分な飲み応えと渋味を持ちつつも、綺麗な酸味のエレガントな仕上がり。

オーガニック歴：有史以来（認証取得は2007年）

イタリアで最も美しい村の一つであるマルケ州のオッフィーダにあります。この村で何世代にも渡りオーガニックでぶどうを栽培し自家用にワインを造っていました。ワイナリーを設立し、2005年から本格的にワイン造りを始めました。夏は暑くなりますが、西側にあるアペニン山脈からアドリア海に吹き降ろす風により風通しが非常によく、ぶどうの栽培に優れた気候です。化学肥料や除草剤を一度も使ったことが無い畑を守っています。マルケ州の土着品種にこだわり、この土地を表現しながらも、香りと味わいの調和がとれたワインを目指しています。
