This light red wine has a fresh taste and is produced in the Veneto region of Italy. It has a scent of black fruits typical of Malbec mixed with cherries. The taste has a toasty black tea flavor and a slight plum flavor, and the firm acidity and youthful tannins give the wine strength. This organic wine is perfect with meat dishes that are not too heavy.

味わい

紫がかったやや濃い目のルビー。

ブルーベリーやカシスのジャムに紫の花、わずかにスパイスと、ほんのりローストやスモークを思わせる、甘酸っぱくてフルーティな香り。

口当りは穏やかで、広がる果実味を優しい酸味が包み込み、後味にも柔らかな渋み。余韻に残る果実とお花のフレーバーが印象的。

イタリア・ヴェネト州東部のプラマッジョーレにあります。自分自身のぶどう畑で育てたぶどうからできるワインを造るワイナリーを建設するという夢を実現し1972年に設立しました。20haからスタートした畑は30haに拡大しました。湿気が多くオーガニックでぶどうを栽培するのは難しい土地です。しかし環境に優しい農法を行うことに決め1999年にオーガニック転換しました。「オーガニックワインを飲むこと、オーガニックワインを造ること、それはライフスタイルである」とオーガニックワインを造る選択をしたことを誇りに思っています。収穫のたびにより良いものを生み出したいと挑戦し続けています。
