This refreshing, dry rosé wine was made in the south of France, in a field that has never been sprayed with pesticides since the dawn of history. It has a refreshing aroma of freshly picked strawberries and herbs, and a balanced, subtle aroma and lively acidity. It has just the right amount of volume to go with any dish, but is especially recommended for grilled summer vegetables and fresh dishes using chicken.

Wine Details

taste

It features the aroma of herbs that accompanies the aroma of freshly picked strawberries. A fresh wine with a well-balanced, subtle sense of longing and lively acidity. This is a wine that Mavi is proud of and is recommended for those who have never had high expectations for rosé before!

This is the evening drink for the owner, Yasushi Tamura. The reason is that he enjoys Japanese tofu and vegetable dishes, which are his staple food.

This well-balanced rosé is fruity, dry, and crisp, making it a versatile wine for the dinner table. The owner pairs it with tofu and vegetable dishes.

Even though it's such an easy-going wine, adding just one bottle of this can instantly transform your dinner table into a more festive one.

For now, it's so delicious that you'll be satisfied even if you drink it now, and you won't be able to stop having seconds.

About the producers, the Dowell family

Domaine Pinchinat (De Welle family)

Organic history: Since the dawn of history (certified in 1990)

The village of Prières at the foot of Mont Sainte-Victoire, a mountain that Cezanne loved to paint many times, is located in the Provence region of southern France. Due to its Mediterranean climate with little rainfall, the area is dry and has been famous as a wine-producing region since before the Common Era. The history of the farm dates back to the French Revolution of 1789. The Dowell family has never used pesticides or chemical fertilizers on their fields since recorded history. They cherish the things that have been passed down through the generations while also incorporating new sensibilities, such as using Greek Venus statues and brewing vases excavated from the vineyard as motifs for their wine labels. The Dowell family's wines, which are made with the aim of producing delicate and elegant wines, such as harvesting from 3:00 am to 8:00 am, are particularly suitable as an introduction to organic wines.
