Mr. Rampon cultivates his fields in the village of Reignier in northern Beaujolais using only human and horse power, and makes wine using traditional winemaking equipment. This red wine has a gentle flavor that reflects his gentle and honest personality. The strawberry-like fruity aroma of Gamay is accompanied by nuances of herbs, black tea, and mushrooms. It is light yet has a deep and nutritious flavor, and is recommended for dishes that use root vegetables and mushrooms.

味わい

やや淡めのルビー。

イチゴなどの赤いベリー系の果実に、オレガノなどのハーブ、紅茶、薔薇のポプリ、シャンピニオン（マッシュルーム）のニュアンスも。

口当たりは優しく、可愛らしい果実味がいっぱいに広がる。だが同時にエレガントな酸味が中心に続き、軽やかながらも深い奥行きを感じさせる味わい。後味の渋味は非常に柔らか。

じっくりと落ち着いて味わいたい、どこまでも優しくて、滋味にあふれる赤。

ボジョレーヌーヴォーで有名なボジョレー地方のやや北寄り、レニエ村にあります。レニエ村はボジョレー地区で特別に指定されている「クリュボジョレー」11村のうちのひとつです。5世代続いている農家で、現当主のアンドレは1977年にブドウ畑を購入しました。標高350m、気候は一年を通して穏やかで谷間の美しい景色が人気です。地球や人にとって有害な物質を使いたくないと1983年にオーガニック転換しました。畑は3haと小さく、栽培しているぶどうはガメイ種1種類のみです。耕作には馬を使います。愛馬のカイナが耕した土の中には空気が良く含まれていてぶどうの生育に良い影響をもたらします。収穫も手摘み、ぶどうを絞るのも人力です。「ぶどう畑のアーティスト」と評されるこだわりの手作り派です。

レニエ（クリュ ボジョレー） 赤

普通のヌーヴォーだと思って飲むと、いい意味で裏切られると思います。優しい味わいですが、同時に重厚感も感じられます。丁寧に作られたんだなぁというのがひしひしと伝わってくる、満足の１本でした。
