This full-bodied red wine is made from Barbera grapes grown on steeply sloping fields in Asti, close to the famous Italian wine region of Barolo. Made by the Rovero family, who obtained organic certification in 1987, it has a rich flavor reminiscent of ripe fruit and prunes. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is aged in oak barrels for 12 months. It has just the right amount of tannins, making it an organic wine recommended for meat dishes and cheese. Half size makes it easy to finish.

熟した果実やプルーンのような味わいとコクがあります。まろやかな紅茶やスパイスの香りに、程よいタンニンを持つワインです。仔牛、鶏肉、バーベキュー、パスタ、チーズによく合います。

イタリア北部ピエモンテ州のサンマルツァノットにあります。ピエモンテ州はイタリア全土の中でも1位2位を争うワイン銘醸地です。1880年から代々続くワイン農家で、現在は3兄弟でワイナリーを運営しており、ワイン造りは長男の息子エンリコが中心となって行っています。地中海性気候により、ぶどうの成長期・結実期・夏の終わりに太陽がよく照ることでよく熟した実が収穫できます。化学合成物質のない場所で、暮らし・働くため。また私たちの美しい大地を救い、守っていくため1985年に転換しました。収穫は全て手摘み、電力はソーラーパネルでまかなっています。多くの種類のぶどうを栽培し、数種類のワインを造っていますが、そのワインごとに畑や造り方を細かく変えてそれぞれのワインの特徴を表現しています。ワイナリー内には宿泊施設とレストランがあり、出される食材も全て敷地内でオーガニックで育てたものを提供しています。
