A slightly sparkling red wine from Germany. It has a fresh aroma of raspberries and cherries, with a gentle acidity and subtle sweetness. It goes well not only as an aperitif, but also with gazpacho, prosciutto, and puff pastry dishes.

味わい

淡いルビー色に弾ける細やかな泡。

ラズベリーやチェリーなど、フレッシュな果実の香りがほのかに感じられます。

口に含むと木苺やチェリー、若干のカシスの味わいに、優しい酸味とほんのりとした甘み。微発泡の軽やかなボディを、ぶどうの皮由来のビターな後味が優しく支えます。

赤ワインですが、微発泡のためよく冷やした状態で飲むのがおすすめ。グラスに注いでから時間や温度によって変化する味わいをお楽しみください。

オーガニック歴：1985年から（認証取得は1990年）

フランクフルトから車で2時間ほどのロマンチック街道で有名なドイツ南部のフランケン地方・クリンゲンベルグ村にあります。前当主ヴィリが村のワイナリーで働き始め、翌年1972年に小さな畑を買ってワイン造りを始めました。ヴィリはドイツ最古で最大のビオ生産者団体でのアドバイザーも務めたパイオニアで、元々環境問題に敏感だった為1990年に転換しました。畑はマイン川を見下ろす急斜面にありテラス式になっています。日当たりも良く春もすぐに暖かくなる畑ですが、1区画ごとに階段を上り小さな道具だけを使う重労働です。一部ビオディナミの要素を取り入れ、ストレスや病気に強く質の良いぶどうに仕上げています。酵母は添加せず、樽はドイツ産を使うなどこだわったワイン造りをしています。
