A light, fruity red wine made in the Veneto region of Italy. Made from 100% Merlot, it has a rich aroma of blackcurrant and sweet and sour aromas of cranberry, giving it a fruity flavor similar to mixed berry juice. It is an organic wine that can be enjoyed in any situation, with a smooth and pleasant taste.

Taste
Slightly dark ruby.
The aroma of stewed black cherries, earth, and spices such as cloves is characteristic. It expresses the aroma of Merlot to the fullest. It has a lovely fruitiness, but also a spicy complexity.
It has a mild taste, with a gentle fruitiness and a sour taste that leaves an impression. It also has a mild astringency, so I would definitely recommend trying it with a variety of dishes, regardless of whether they are Japanese, Western, or Chinese.

Organic history: Since 1999
Located in Pramaggiore in the eastern Veneto region of Italy. Founded in 1972, the winery was founded to realize the dream of building a winery that produces wine from grapes grown in its own vineyard. The vineyard, which started with 20 hectares, has since expanded to 30 hectares. The land is humid and difficult to grow grapes organically. However, the winery decided to use environmentally friendly farming methods and converted to organic in 1999. The winery is proud of its choice to produce organic wine, saying, "Drinking organic wine and making organic wine are a lifestyle." With each harvest, the winery continues to challenge itself to produce something better.
