A well-balanced, slightly full-bodied red wine made in the Veneto region of Italy. The grapes used are "Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso," a local variety unique to this region that has been cultivated in northeastern Italy. The wine has a concentrated aroma of violets and raspberries, as well as aromas reminiscent of black tea and cocoa. This box of wine contains the equivalent of four bottles, so it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month, making it perfect for daily use. This organic wine is well-balanced and satisfying to drink, and you can enjoy its mellow flavor even the day after opening.

味わい

ヴェネト地方の土着品種「レフォスコダルペドゥンコロロッソ」を使った3リットル入りの赤ワイン。重すぎず、果実味と酸味のバランスが良いので、幅広くお料理と合わせてお楽しみいただけます。

ブルーベリーを煮詰めた香りに、紅茶の茶葉やスパイス、それをカカオのニュアンスがまとめる、凝縮感のある中にも調和のとれた柔らかさのある香り。

軽やかでバランスの良い飲み口で、後味に残る渋みも柔らかく、気持ちよくグラスが進む。余韻にもほのかにカカオのニュアンスが残る1本です。

あまり知られていない品種のワインですが、醤油を使った和テイストのお肉料理とも相性が良く、デイリーワインとして大活躍します。ぜひ普段の食卓で気軽にお使いください。

イタリア・ヴェネト州東部のプラマッジョーレにあります。自分自身のぶどう畑で育てたぶどうからできるワインを造るワイナリーを建設するという夢を実現し1972年に設立しました。20haからスタートした畑は30haに拡大しました。湿気が多くオーガニックでぶどうを栽培するのは難しい土地です。しかし環境に優しい農法を行うことに決め1999年にオーガニック転換しました。「オーガニックワインを飲むこと、オーガニックワインを造ること、それはライフスタイルである」とオーガニックワインを造る選択をしたことを誇りに思っています。収穫のたびにより良いものを生み出したいと挑戦し続けています。

食事の時に気軽に楽しめるバランスの良いワインです。新鮮な美味しいワインを楽しめる一方で、箱買いしていますが美味しく直ぐに飲んで無くなってしまいます。
