Taste

A surprisingly fruity Merlot.

When poured into a glass, the first thing you notice is the concentrated, rich aroma of cassis, followed by the slightly sweet and sour aroma of cranberries and blueberries. It's so fruity it's not an exaggeration to say it's mixed berry juice. There's also a hint of spice like white pepper, and the more you sniff it, the more the aroma drifts out, which is also appealing.

In addition to the berry aroma that first hits your palate, you also get an aroma that reminds you of fruit candy. You can also feel the well-balanced acidity that further enhances the fruitiness of the wine. Organic history: Since 1999

Located in Pramaggiore in the eastern Veneto region of Italy. Founded in 1972, the winery was founded to realize the dream of building a winery that produces wine from grapes grown in its own vineyard. The vineyard, which started with 20 hectares, has since expanded to 30 hectares. The land is humid and difficult to grow grapes organically. However, the winery decided to use environmentally friendly farming methods and converted to organic in 1999. The winery is proud of its choice to produce organic wine, saying, "Drinking organic wine and making organic wine are a lifestyle." With each harvest, the winery continues to challenge itself to produce something better.
