A slightly sweet white wine made in Gascony, southwest of France, famous for Armagnac. It is made without considering the characteristics of the Gros Manseng grape variety, which has a high sugar content and moderate acidity. It also has nuances of herbs and minerals. The taste has the taste of fresh fruit, a subtle aroma, and a refreshing acidity. We recommend that you enjoy it well chilled.

Wine Details

Taste

Pale sparkling yellow gold.

As you bring the glass closer, you can smell grapefruit and muscat candy, as well as fresh herbs, yellow flowers and minerals.

When you put it in your mouth, the first thing you'll notice is a vibrant fruit flavor, followed by a slight sweetness and refreshing acidity.

A slight bitterness tightens the aftertaste, and the lingering fruit flavor, like crushed Muscat, is impressive.

About the producers, the Barrow family

Domaine de Pajot (Barro family)
Organic history: Since 2001 (certified in 2004)

Gascony, in southwestern France, is famous for producing Armagnac. Compared to other grape-growing regions, the humidity is high, making it difficult for organic farming, but the father Damien, who is an enthusiastic researcher, wanted to "make wine that better expresses the characteristics of this region," so he converted to organic farming in 2001. His son Clement, who has experience working at wineries in California and Alsace, has now taken over and is exploring the further possibilities of this region. In brewing, they value fresh flavors, and they strictly manage the temperature of the finished wine without refrigerating it.
