This full-bodied red wine is made in the south of France, in a field that has never been sprayed with pesticides since recorded history. It uses heavy varieties such as Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Mourvedre, but the grapes are picked early in the morning and do not deteriorate in the heat of the day after harvest, so you can enjoy a clean finish and a refined, stylish taste. It has aromas of violets, berries, and chocolate, and a long finish. It is an organic wine that is perfect to enjoy with meat dishes.
