This is a refreshing, dry sparkling wine made in the Veneto region of Italy. It has a spicy and aged aroma, fine bubbles in the mouth, a well-balanced acidity and bittersweetness, and a mineral feel and lingering aroma that lingers after swallowing. This is a bottle that I would recommend to those who are tired of drinking heavy champagne.

味わい

淡く輝くホワイトゴールド。

レモンピールやメロンの果実香に、イーストや貝殻を思わせるミネラル感、奥には花の蜜も感じる、爽やかで清涼感あふれる香り。

味わいにもまずメロンのような果実味が広がり、その後すぐにきめ細かい泡が口中を満たす。ほんのりとした苦味が大変バランスよく後味を引き締める。

キリリと冷やして飲みたい、クールビューティなスパークリング。

イタリア・ヴェネト州東部のプラマッジョーレにあります。自分自身のぶどう畑で育てたぶどうからできるワインを造るワイナリーを建設するという夢を実現し1972年に設立しました。20haからスタートした畑は30haに拡大しました。湿気が多くオーガニックでぶどうを栽培するのは難しい土地です。しかし環境に優しい農法を行うことに決め1999年にオーガニック転換しました。「オーガニックワインを飲むこと、オーガニックワインを造ること、それはライフスタイルである」とオーガニックワインを造る選択をしたことを誇りに思っています。収穫のたびにより良いものを生み出したいと挑戦し続けています。
