This is a refreshing, dry sparkling wine made in the Veneto region of Italy. It has a spicy flavor and aroma, fine bubbles in the mouth, a well-balanced acidity and bittersweetness, and a mineral taste and lingering aroma that lingers after swallowing. This is a bottle I would highly recommend.

Organic history: Since 1999
Located in Pramaggiore in the eastern Veneto region of Italy. Founded in 1972, the winery was founded to realize the dream of building a winery that produces wine from grapes grown in its own vineyard. The vineyard, which started with 20 hectares, has since expanded to 30 hectares. The land is humid and difficult to grow grapes organically. However, the winery decided to use environmentally friendly farming methods and converted to organic in 1999. The winery is proud of its choice to produce organic wine, saying, "Drinking organic wine and making organic wine are a lifestyle." With each harvest, the winery continues to challenge itself to produce something better.
