飲食店様限定「お料理用ワイン白3リットル（シャルドネ）」のご案内
このたび、お料理用箱ワインを、飲食店様限定価格でご案内いたします。
昨年夏に入荷したイタリア・ヴェネト「ムザラーニョ家」の箱ワイン（シャルドネ・ピノビアンコ）において、詰めたワインが輸送中にわずかに再発酵し、炭酸ガスを発生させて箱が膨らんでしまうという事態が起こりました。
これは、通常の量産ワインで使用される保存料（メタ重亜硫酸カリウム）を加えていない、自然な造りのオーガニックワインだからこそ起こりうる現象で、「生きているワイン」の証でもあります。
当初は販売を見送っておりましたが、倉庫移転の際に再確認したところ、パンパンに膨らんでいた箱は落ち着き、現在は見た目にも大きな膨らみが見られなくなっております。
念のためマヴィ代表の田村が自宅でテイスティングしたところ、不快な香りは感じられず、お料理用としてはもちろん、日常のテーブルワインとしても問題ない程度の味わいに落ち着いておりました。
（開封後、2日間程度するとより味わいが落ち着きます）
商品によっては劣化具合に個体差もある可能性がございますため、正規品としてのご案内はできませんが、今回お料理用ワインとして特別販売をいたします。
