A light red wine from the Beaujolais region. In 2019, the harvest was halved due to damage from frost and hail, but the grapes that were harvested were in good condition, resulting in a juicy, aromatic wine. This organic wine has smooth tannins and a delicate fruitiness.

カシスや木苺を煮詰めた果実香に、シナモンやコリアンダーなど様々なスパイス、紫の花を思わせる香り。

ボジョレーの南西端の丘陵部にあります。少なくとも5世代前からぶどう作りを続けている家系で、祖父の代からワイン農家です。現当主のフランソワは農業学校で教鞭をとっていましたが、先代の引退を機に引き継ぎました。西側にはボジョレーの山々が広がり、この地域特有の強い風からぶどうを守ってくれます。ビオディナミを実践する友人に出会い、品質、味ともに優れたワインを造り出していることに感銘を受け2008年転換を決めました。
ボジョレーヌーヴォーはもちろんのこと、シュブラン家が造るワインは昔ながらの醸造方法で造られています。これによりテロワールをよく反映したワインが生まれます。
