This white wine has a pure impression with a refreshing aroma of lemon and herbs, very fresh fruitiness, and a gentle acidity. You can enjoy a refreshing feeling that makes you want to drink it all up on a sunny terrace. It goes well with light dishes using vegetables and seafood, and can be used in a wide range of Japanese cuisine. Recommended for daily use.

味わい

ごく淡いレモンイエロー。

もぎたてのレモンや、ハーブを思わせる香りが実に爽やか。白くて小さい花に、石灰を思わせる抜群のミネラル感。

味わいも非常にフレッシュで爽やか。程よく広がる酸味と優しい果実味が清々しい、まさに「ピュア」なワイン。

オーガニック歴：1980年から

首都ウィーンからさほど遠くない静かで美しい自然が広がる場所にあります。息子マーチンを中心に栽培から醸造までを行っています。父のハンスはオーガニックに理解などない時代(1980年)から実践しており、「もし、オーガニック栽培ができないという人がいるなら、たとえ一部でもチャレンジしてみるべきです。誰でも除草剤は必要ないと知っています。ただそれが便利だからというだけなら私には必要ありません」と、言います。心がけているのは、酵母、酵素、栄養分といったものは一切加えず、可能な限りピュアなワインを造ること。ディヴァルト家で手を加えるといえば、温度調節くらいです。その土地特有の、地球に根ざしたワイン造りを目指しています。

グリューナー フェルトリーナー 白

本当に在庫がなくならないといいなぁ、と思わせる普段使いにぴったりな１本です。特に香りが好きで、ハイブランドのパフュームのような品もあり、食欲をそそる健全さ（取れたての野菜に感じる、あのみずみずしさのようなもの）を感じます。それでいて料理を邪魔しないので、ついついリピートしてしまいます。
